The calendar menu displays all the task details, appointments with the customers and suppliers
The “New” option allows the sales representative to create a new appointment
Task Requests
List View
The “Task Requests” menu is used to view all the task requests, all the open and closed tasks can be viewed separately by selecting the appropriate check box
The “Change date range” option is used to select the date range to list all the tasks, the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range
The “Search Field” is a grid search that works as a multicolumn search for the input
The “Column Chooser” option is used to include or exclude the columns to display in the grid
The data can be exported into both pdf and excel formats
The small box with a drop down at the left bottom is used to set the row view
The “Save view” option is used to save the modified views for date range, and rows
The “new” option is used to create a new task request
Kanban View
The “Kanban View” offers a comprehensive and detailed overview of tasks ,encompassing crucial information such as the task number, progress, summary, assigned and escalated to details
The “Change date range” option is used to select the date range to list all the tasks, the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range
The “Filter” option allows the sales representative to view the open and closed tasks separately by selecting the check box
“View by” option is used to select the visibility of tasks by stages, tasks status, customer, process stage, and other view options
The “View login history” menu enables the user to view all the member login details
Appointments
The “Appointment” menu displays all the scheduled appointments
The “Change date range” option is used to select the date range to list all the meetings, the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range
