Dashboard
The collaboration module displays a dashboard with multiple menu options
Common Features
a . Search and Export option
1. The “Search Field” is a grid search that works as a multicolumn search for the user’s input.
2,3. The “Export PDF” and "xlsx" options enable the user to export all the data can be exported in an Excel format.
b. Change date range
The “Change date range” feature is used to select the specific dates to display the data. The custom range allows the user to select a particular date range.
c. Column chooser, New and Save option
The "Column Chooser" option affords the user the capability to either include or exclude columns as desired.
The small box with a drop-down is used to select the no of rows to be displayed.
The “Save Option” is used to save the modification in the row
d. Global Search:
The “ Global Search” Field on top allows the user to search tasks, invoices, and other fields using the respective code, task no, and invoice#, according to the selected item.
Calendar
The calendar menu displays all the appointments with the customers and suppliers
The “New” option allows you to create a new appointment
Projects
Menu Path: Click on New > Project code > Description > Project code >Parent project code> Select the customer > click on Create.
The “Projects” menu option displays all the open projects
The “Change date range” option to select the date range to list all the projects and the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range.
The “Column Chooser” option to include or exclude the columns to display in the grid.
The data can be exported into both PDF and Excel formats.

The “Save View” option to save the modified views for date range and rows.
The “new” option is used to create new projects.
New Project
Select the project code to open the project and the project status can be closed once the project is completed
Project Analysis
The “Project Analysis” menu displays the details and progress of the project.
Select the project from the dropdown and click on “Go” to view the particular project, it displays the entire project details and graphical analysis.
The tasks option allows you to view project-related tasks.
Task Request
The “Task Requests” menu Lists all the respective users assigned and escalated tasks

Task Creation
Task updation
Open the task, add comments on the task progress, select the effort hours and click on the “Update” option button to update the particular task.
Kanban View
The “Kanban View” offers a comprehensive and detailed overview of tasks, encompassing crucial information such as the task number, progress, summary, and assigned and escalated to details.
The “Change date range” option is used to select the date range to list all the tasks, the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range.
The “View by” option is used to select the visibility of tasks by stages, task status, customer, process stage, and other view options.
The “Filter” option allows the sales representative to view the open and closed tasks separately by selecting the check box.
The “new” option is used to create a new task.
Appointments
The “Appointment” menu displays all the scheduled appointments.
The “Change date range” option is used to select the date range to list all the meetings, the custom range option displays all the tasks for the selected date range.
The “Column Chooser” option is used to include or exclude the columns to display in the grid.
The data can be exported into both PDF and Excel formats.
The “Filter” option enables the sales representative to view past and pending appointments.

Search customer, enter the summary, and provide the additional details.
Select the date and time, and click on the create.
Admin Settings
Define Collab Masters
The Collab Master is the admin settings that is enabled only for the manager level categories.
It is used to add or hide the field’s option in the master's dropdown.
Click on “Define Collab Menu”, Select required Master from the dropdown on the right corner.
Click on the “Edit” option to change the existing name or click on the new option to create a new field name.
Edit > Provide Name > Logical Order > Click on save.
The column name with “Link” consists of a dropdown which is used to hide the rows.
The Filter option allows the user to view active and hidden rows and unhide the hidden rows.
Set Labels and Defaults
This menu is used to change the master's label name, make them visible, enable and mandatory by selecting the respective checkbox.
Click on “Edit” > change the label name if required > unselect the respective checkbox if it should not be visible or enable or mandatory.
