The “Report Settings” is used to link the reports list with the report group, to display the reports in each module option
Non-Palletized Inventory
Search Product
Scan or enter the product code, UPC#, serial #, or internal part #, and click on the 'Get' option to search for a product
Stock levels
Inventory stock level for non-palletized products
Scan or enter the product code, UPC#, serial #, or internal part #, and click on 'Get' to display the stock level of the product
The stock of the product will be displayed at each stage
Confirm Receipt on PO
Confirm receipts on the PO menu used to inward the stock
Scan or enter the purchase order number to display the line items
Enter the purchase order number manually and click on the “Get” option button or click on the Enter button
Scan or Enter the Product code, Serial#, Internal part#, or UPC to confirm quantities
Click Confirm on PO to confirm the quantities
Scan the PO and click on the “Create Goods Receipt” option to create a GR#
Confirm Items on SO
Scan or Enter the Sales Order
Confirm the items by scanning or entering the product code, internal part#, or UPC for non-serialized items.
If the items are serialized, scan the serial number for order confirmation
Click Confirm on SO to confirm the quantities
Create Stock Take File
The create stock take file m is used to compare the physical stock against the system data
Scan the bin code or enter the code manually
Scan the product code and click on Create file
Search Pallet
Search pallet option enables the user to search the pallet and displays the product stacked on the pallet
Scan the pallet serial number to search for the pallet
Enter the pallet code and click on the ”Get” option button or click on the Enter button
Palletization
Scan or Enter the PO Number
Scan the purchase order number barcode using the scanner device
Enter the PO number manually and click the Enter Button

Product Code
Scan the product barcode using the Scanner

Stacked qty: Indicates the quantity stacked on the pallet
Balance: Indicates the no of quantity remaining for palletization

Click on the add button to confirm the pallet
Transfer and close
Once pallets are confirmed click on transfer and close to complete the bin transfer
Stock in Pallet
Enter the keyword to search
The text field is a powerful multi-column search option, it searches all the columns to find the related input.
The exact search option under each column searches within the column based on PO, Bin, Pallet#, Product Description, Build Date, build qty, pallet code, pallet description, bin description, Etc.

Click on the confirm pallets option button to confirm the pallets for the ship
