Menu Path: Sales > Sales Order > Menu > New 

• Select a Bill Of Material product,  and click on save, a prompt " Would you like to create a Job order for the below Product(s)" pops up. 

• On clicking 'Yes', the Job Order is created.

Alternatively, the Job Order can be created from the Sales Order Transaction by selecting the option available in the Transaction.

In the Sales Order Transaction, the Job order(s) created will be listed under the Tab Extended data > Alphanumerics

Menu Path: Production > Job order > Select the created Job order from the sales order > Extended Data > Alphanumerics  

• The SO# will be displayed in the alphanumerics sub-tab
