       Menu Path: Purchase > Purchase Orders > All Purchase Orders > Enter the changes > Update

    Email Reports

   Menu Path: Purchase > Purchase Orders > All Purchase Orders List > Select a purchase order > Action > Email

• Click on Yes to send the mail 

• Click on preview to view the Email Layout  > Send
