Menu Path: Products > Product Master > Select Product > Extended Data Tab > Dates - sub tab

• Right-click on Extended Data Row, and click on Properties

• Enter Caption/Description and Save - Uncheck option “Display on Web Store”

• Close and open the product master to display the changes

• The Extended Data will be created, Click on the Drop-down, Select the last updated date, and click  OK.

• The Field will be updated with the selected value, Click on Save

Add an Extended field column to the Product List

Menu Path: Products > Product Master > Menu > Columns or Right Click on any column heading and Select Columns

• From the “Add/Remove Columns” window, select the required column, drag and drop to display the column in the list (Extended fields will be started with “e:”)

• Right-click on the top/title bar (or single-click on the top left corner on the GreeneStep icon on the title bar), and click on “Save Settings” to keep the newly added column displayed when revisiting the list.
