A product can be linked to a task both in Backoffice and CloudFront
CloudFront
Menu Path: CloudFront > Collaboration > Task Request > List View > New
Enter the task details and required fields
Search the product by code or description
Backoffice
Menu Path: Operations > Task manager > My Tasks/ All Tasks
Enter the subject and select the start and end date
Products can be searched by Product Code, Product Description, Internal part number, and HSN code
Note: After selecting the product, the field next to the product gets populated with the concatenated string of “ Code-Description. If any of the above fields are not entered in the Product Master, the same will be ignored and the field will be populated with the other details mentioned.
End Result: After setting up the mail server, you can directly send the emails from GreeneStep.
