Mail Server Configuration

Admin Module > Mail Server > Menu > New

• Update Mail Server details and save.

• Alert Configuration

Operations > Activities Setup > Menu > New Process.

 Create a New Activity for the Created Process.

• Give a description and Select the Event type.

• Select Action as “Send E-mail” and save

• Edit Action to create the template

• Create a new template – Select the dropdown > Right click > New.

• The shortcut to create a new template is Ctrl + Ins.

• Update description, Subject as required, and select group.

• Update content in the content box and save.

a. Select the created template and mail server

• Address Options tab > Select To, CC, BCC Addresses Email Options and save

• You can manually type other emails instead of selecting To Email Options
