Mail Server Configuration
Admin Module > Mail Server > Menu > New
Update Mail Server details and save.
Alert Configuration
Operations > Activities Setup > Menu > New Process.
Create a New Activity for the Created Process.
Give a description and Select the Event type.
Select Action as “Send E-mail” and save
Edit Action to create the template
Create a new template – Select the dropdown > Right click > New.
The shortcut to create a new template is Ctrl + Ins.
Update description, Subject as required, and select group.
Update content in the content box and save.
a. Select the created template and mail server
Address Options tab > Select To, CC, BCC Addresses Email Options and save
You can manually type other emails instead of selecting To Email Options
