GreeneStep Backoffice is multiple-company enabled. It can be used to run the operations of more than one company. The company setup process involves identifying the critical components of a company's database such as the code that identifies the company, its location, its chart of accounts, items, customers, and vendors.
Backoffice provides you with the Company Creation Wizard to take you through each step in the setup process.
Menu Path: Admin > Company Prerequisites > Create Company
The Business Servers and Database Server while be selected, click on Accept
Enter the Company Code and Company Name and click on Accept
Company Setup
Enter the Address, Country, Postal Code, Currency and other details
Accounting Period Setup
Select the Accounting Year and Description
Select the From and To period and Click on Next
